What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm CST, and we’re closed on weekends.
How can a 3PL like IGT Logistics provide a better rate than the carriers themselves?
We work with a network of literally hundreds of carriers, searching for the best rate and service for your shipping lane which ensures that you’re getting the most cost-effective transport possible.
Do I have to sign up to receive a quote?
Our quotes are one hundred percent obligation free. If and when you decide to book, we’ll help you get set up.
Who is responsible for freight that gets damaged and what do I need to do?
Part of IGT Logistics’ special services is that we take the whole brunt of the claim on ourselves and immediately go into action, filing a claim with the shipper, following up on the status of the claim, and ensuring that the customer is reimbursed quickly and easily without any customer involvement.
Are we insured for the full amount of the shipments’ worth?
In the trucking industry, companies only pay a portion of the value of the shipment’s worth. However, at IGT Logistics, we cover the full value of your shipment for a minimal additional insurance cost.
